Add or remove team seats

Your Facilities plan is sized by seats. Add seats as you hire and remove them when your team shrinks, with the cost adjusted for you.

How seats work

A few seats are included in the Facilities plan, and each active teammate uses one seat. Add more whenever you need them.

Change your seat count

1. Open Billing in the portal.
2. Use the seat stepper to set how many seats you need.
3. Save. The change applies right away and your next bill is adjusted automatically.

Removing a teammate frees their seat, so you can reassign it or lower your count.
