Pupline is in active beta, shipping toward a public launch. Here’s the trail of what we’ve put in your hands so far, newest first.

    Card payments, deposits and pay-by-link

    Connect your own Stripe account and Pupline can charge a deposit the moment a client requests a booking, and put a Pay now button on every invoice you send. The money settles straight to you, Pupline keeps 0%, and declining a request that's already been paid for refunds it automatically.

    Client accounts for pet parents

    Owners can now claim a free account holding every past visit with its report card, photos, invoice and walk route, keep their pets' details current, and request the next booking. It stays optional: everything still works from a private link with no account at all.

    Live walk tracking

    Share your location during a walk and the owner follows the route on a live map. The link is created when you start sharing and revoked when you finish the visit, and the completed route is kept against the visit as proof you were there.

    Per-client discounts and discount codes

    Give a regular a standing percentage off every invoice, or hand out a code clients type when they book online, with an expiry date and a cap on uses. Each code counts its own redemptions, so you can tell which offer actually brought work in.

    A free website for every account

    Every Pupline account now includes a real marketing website at yourname.pupline.app, free forever. Six templates, your brand colour and font pairing, four pages built from blocks, and the services and prices you already keep in Pupline. Address, hosting and certificate included.

  6. NewJune 2026

    Pupline joins Microsoft for Startups

    We've been accepted into Microsoft for Startups, Microsoft's program for early-stage software companies. It means more going straight into the product, a faster, more dependable app and more of the features you ask for, with no change to our flat, commission-free pricing.

  7. NewMay 2026

    Multi-calendar sync, Google + Apple/iCloud

    Connect Google Calendar and Apple/iCloud and Pupline checks your real availability across all of them before you confirm a booking, then adds the visit to every calendar in a tap. Never double-booked, across the calendars you already live in.

  8. NewMay 2026

    Online booking, e-sign agreements & reviews

    Switch on a no-login booking page where clients request a time and you approve, off by default, with no account for them. Send service agreements to e-sign from a private link, and let Pupline ask happy owners for a review the moment a visit's done.

    Report Cards & photo notes

    Snap photos during a visit, add a mood and a few words, and send owners a branded recap they can reply to, proof and delight in one tap, with a full history kept per pet.

    Care Cards & the magic-link parent editor

    Send owners a private link and they fill in feeding, meds, walk preferences and quirks themselves. It syncs straight back onto the pet, and exports to a branded PDF for the fridge.

    Recurring and one-off visits with conflict detection, a clean status flow, and day/week/month views, kept perfectly in step with the Google Calendar you already live in.

    Gate codes and alarm PINs, encrypted at rest and visible to you when you're signed in. Plus rabies and booster tracking with colour status and reminders before anything lapses.

    Branded PDF invoices straight from completed visits, breed-based service templates with add-ons, and a one-tap route view that groups today's stops by address.
