Do my clients need to download an app?

No, and they never will. Clients get a private link when there's something to do: request a booking, fill in a Care Card, sign an agreement, view a Report Card, or see an invoice. No account, no app, no password.

How much does it cost?

Solo is $12.99/month, or $10.40/mo billed annually (about 20% off), every feature included with no per-client fees. Daycare, boarding and kennels have a dedicated Facilities plan at $49.98/mo, see the pricing page. Start with a 30-day free trial; no card to start.

What happens after the free trial?

You get everything free for 30 days, no card required. If Pupline fits how you work, add a card to keep going at $12.99/mo. If not, walk away; your data exports with you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No lock-in, no cancellation fee, and you can export all your data on the way out.

Is my data mine?

Completely. Export everything as a file whenever you like, and delete your account and all of its data from the same screen. Both are a tap away in Settings.

Does it work on my phone?

That's the whole point. Pupline installs to your home screen like an app (it's a PWA) and is designed for one-handed use between visits, fast camera, big tap targets, no fuss.

How does the Vault keep codes safe?

Vault entries are encrypted at rest and visible to you when you're signed in. We describe it honestly: strong protection for stored secrets, and the service can decrypt to operate.

Can I keep using Google Calendar?

Yes, and Apple/iCloud too. Pupline syncs two-way with Google Calendar and connects to Apple/iCloud, so the calendars you already live in stay in step with your visits. Add any visit to all of them in a tap.

Will Pupline stop me double-booking myself?

That's the point. Pupline warns you before two visits collide, and before you confirm a booking it checks free/busy across every connected calendar, Google and Apple/iCloud, plus your Pupline schedule, so a personal appointment can't get booked over.

Can clients book online?

Optionally, yes. You can switch on a no-login booking page where clients request a time, no account needed, and every request waits for you to confirm or decline. It's off until you turn it on, so a public booking page only ever goes live when you choose. Prefer to take bookings by text? Leave it off and nothing changes.

Does Pupline help me get reviews?

Yes. When a visit is marked done, Pupline can automatically email the owner a one-tap link to leave a review, and you can route happy clients to your Google or Facebook page. The kind words collect in one place so you can feature the best.
