Terms of Service
Last updated May 28, 2026
Agreement
By creating a Pupline account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Pupline.
The service
Pupline helps solo pet-care professionals manage clients, schedules, care and report cards, vaccinations, and invoices. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 18 and use Pupline for legitimate business purposes.
Your content
You own the data you put into Pupline. You grant us only the permissions needed to host and operate the service for you. You’re responsible for having the right to store the client, pet, and access information you enter — including anything you keep in the Vault.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Pupline to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or disrupt the service.
Payments
Pupline does not process payments. Invoices are documents you send and reconcile yourself; any “paid” status and method are notes you record. We are not a party to payments between you and your clients.
The Vault
The Vault stores secrets encrypted at rest, gated behind a passkey. It is a convenience for your business, not a security product or a substitute for your own safeguards. Keep your devices and passkeys secure.
Disclaimers & liability
Pupline is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pupline operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
