Send invites to your team and give each person the right level of access with a single role.

Invite a teammate

  1. In the portal, open Team → Members.
  2. Click Invite and enter the person's email address.
  3. Choose a role: Owner, Admin, Manager or Staff.
  4. Send the invite. They get an email to set up their own login.

Pick the right role

Roles decide what each person can see and do. Most teams use Manager for shift leads and Staff for walkers, sitters and attendants. See the full breakdown in Admin, manager and staff: who can do what.

Staff see only the work assigned to them. That keeps your client list and your numbers private while still letting the team do their jobs.

Change or remove access

You can change someone's role or remove them at any time from the same Members screen. Removing a teammate revokes their access immediately.

How many teammates can I invite?

Your Facilities plan includes a set number of seats, and you can add more whenever you need them. Each active teammate uses one seat.
