Choose solo or facility
On the welcome screen you pick the kind of business you run. This is the most important choice you make, because it decides which features turn on.
- Solo is for independent walkers, sitters, groomers and trainers. You get clients, bookings, invoicing and your public booking page.
- Facility is for daycare, boarding and kennel businesses. You get everything in solo plus the facility board, runs, team roles, schedules and the time clock.

Set your language
Pupline is available in ten languages. The welcome flow asks for your preferred language and sets it as your account default, so your team and your client-facing pages all start in the right one.
