Approve a new client from the intake queue

When a new client fills in your public intake form, it lands in a review queue. Approving it turns their details into a real client and pet in two clicks.

Where new clients arrive

Your intake form has its own public link you can share with new clients. Anything submitted there is held as pending so nothing is added to your client list until you say so.

Approve a submission

1. Open the Intake queue in the portal.
2. Open a pending submission and review the client and pet details.
3. Approve it to create the client and pet, or decline it if it isn't for you.

Reviewing before adding keeps your client list clean and spam-free, while still letting anyone request to work with you.
