Client Accounts

Most owners are happiest with a private link and nothing to remember. Some want everything in one place. Invite a client and they get a free account holding every past visit with its report card, photos, invoice and walk route, somewhere to keep their pets' details current, and a way to ask for the next booking.

What you get

An optional account, for owners who want the lot.

A Pupline client account is an optional, free login for a pet's owner that gathers their whole history with you, past visits, report cards, photos, invoices and routes, alongside a place to request the next booking.

You invite, they decide

Send an invite from the client's record. If they never claim it nothing changes: the private links they already get carry on working exactly as before.

Every visit in one place

A visit opens with its report card, the photos you sent, the invoice and the walk route, instead of an owner scrolling back through months of texts to find one picture.

They keep their own details current

Owners update their pets, their contact details and their care notes themselves, and it syncs straight back onto the pet in your Pupline.

Rebooking without the phone call

An owner who already knows what they want requests the next visit from their account, and it arrives in your calendar for you to confirm or decline.

Their own password, or Apple and Google

Owners set their own password or sign in with Apple or Google. Pupline never emails anybody a password.

Invoices they can settle

Unpaid invoices are waiting in the account, with a Pay now button whenever you have card payments switched on.

Straight with you: The account is always optional, and your private notes on a visit are never part of it. Booking, care cards, agreements, report cards and live walks all still work from a private link with no account at all.

Questions

Good to know.

Do my clients have to create an account?

No. Everything an owner needs to do, from requesting a visit to signing an agreement or reading a report card, works from a private link with no account. The account is an extra for owners who want their full history.

What can a client see in their account?

Their pets, their past visits with report cards and photos, their invoices, any saved walk routes, and a way to request the next booking. Your private notes on a visit are never shown to them.

How does a client get an account?

You invite them by email from their client record. They set their own password, or sign in with Apple or Google.
