Before you start
All you need is an email address (or an Apple or Google account) and about two minutes. There is nothing to install to get going — you sign up in your browser, and the same login works in the Pupline mobile app afterwards. Your free trial begins the moment you sign up, with no card required.

Continuing with Apple or Google skips the password and email-confirmation steps entirely — it is the fastest way in.
Step 2: Choose solo or facility
On the welcome screen you pick the kind of business you run. This is the most important choice you make during setup, because it decides which features turn on across the whole app.

Solo
Solo is for independent walkers, sitters, groomers and trainers working on their own. You get clients and pets, your calendar and bookings, invoicing, report cards, and your own public booking page — everything one person needs to run a tidy business.
Facility
Facility is for daycare, boarding and kennel businesses with a building and a team. You get everything in solo, plus the facility board for daily check-ins and capacity, bookable runs, team roles, staff schedules and the time clock.

Pupline is available in ten languages. The welcome flow asks for your preferred language and sets it as your account default, so your team and your client-facing pages all start in the right one. Each teammate can still pick their own language later, and pet parents can switch the language on your public pages too.

After the welcome flow you land in your dashboard with your 30-day free trial already running. The natural next steps are to set up your business profile and add your services, then share your booking link — or, if you run a facility, invite your team.
Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial is free for 30 days with no card required. You only add billing details if you decide to keep using Pupline.
How long is the free trial, and when does it start?
Thirty days, and it starts automatically the moment you sign up — there is no separate step to begin it. You can subscribe at any point during the trial or wait until it ends.
Can I change from solo to facility later?
Yes. Reach out to us and we will switch your account type. Your clients, pets, bookings and history stay exactly as they are — switching type only changes which tools are turned on.
Can I sign up on my phone?
Yes. You can sign up in any mobile browser, and the Pupline app uses the same login, so everything syncs across your phone and your computer.
I didn't get the confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam folder first, and make sure you entered your address correctly. You can request a fresh confirmation link from the login screen. Signing in with Apple or Google avoids email confirmation altogether.
