When the trial ends, Pupline asks you to choose a plan before you carry on with the paid tools. Nothing is deleted — your clients, pets, bookings and history are simply waiting for you the moment you subscribe.

Common questions
Do I lose my data if I don't subscribe right away?
No. Your data is kept safe. When you subscribe — whether that's on day 30 or later — it is all exactly where you left it.
Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. The trial needs no card, so nothing is charged until you actively choose a plan and complete checkout.
Can I subscribe before the trial ends?
Yes, any time from Billing. You won't lose the rest of your trial value — it just removes the day-30 prompt.
