Common questions
Does the parent need the mobile app?
They can use it, but it isn't required. The invite link works in any browser, and the experience is the same on phone and computer.
Can a household have more than one parent?
Yes. You can invite more than one person in a household, so partners or family members can each see their shared pets' bookings and report cards.
What exactly can a parent NOT see?
Anything outside their household — other clients, your full calendar, your revenue or your team. Their view is strictly limited to their own pets and bookings.
Can I remove a parent's access later?
Yes. Manage the parent account from the client's detail page; removing access revokes their login immediately.
