Common questions
Do clients need an account to book?
No. Anyone can request a booking from your public page. You can later invite them to a pet-parent portal if you'd like them to track bookings and rebook in a tap.
What does 'places left' mean on a run?
For a bookable run, the page shows how many spaces remain for the chosen dates, based on your real capacity — so clients see scarcity and you never get over-booked.
Are booking requests confirmed automatically?
No. Requests come to you to confirm, so you always have the final say over your calendar.
Can I show different prices to different clients?
Booking-page prices are shown so clients know what to expect. You set the final amount when you invoice, which is where any client-specific pricing is applied.
