The 2026 pricing, per location and per service

Gingr's public pricing is per location and split by what you do, as of July 2026 that's roughly $100/mo for the grooming-focused Spa plan, $142/mo for the daycare Play plan and $154/mo for the boarding Stay plan on annual billing (monthly is higher, and the Stay rate rises to about $209/mo if you don't enable Gingr's integrated payments). Multi-facility operators move to a custom Enterprise quote. Several everyday extras, two-way SMS, integrated payments and employee scheduling, are add-ons priced on top of the base, and onboarding cost isn't published, it's quoted per business.

Pupline's Facilities plan is one flat $49.98/mo that includes your first three team members, with extra staff at $6/mo each. No per-location multiplier, no per-pet pricing, no feature add-ons and no published-or-hidden setup fee, plus a 30-day free trial of the whole product with no card. For a single site the yearly difference is substantial; the trade is that Pupline doesn't carry Gingr's enterprise depth.

Payments, and the fees around them

Gingr steers you to Gingr Payments, its Stripe-powered integrated processor, and in 2025 added tools to pass card costs to your clients, a flat Convenience Fee (around $4.50 per card transaction) or full surcharging. That keeps everything in one dashboard, and third-party reviewers note the flat processing rate sits on the higher side.

Pupline processes nothing in-app: it records how you were paid, card on your own reader, bank transfer or cash, and keeps 0% of it. You bring the processor you already use and keep your existing rate, rather than moving your payments onto the platform to unlock a plan's cheaper tier.

No client portal to push

Gingr gives pet parents a customer portal and a PreCheck flow to book and update details, which suits a facility with hundreds of regulars. Pupline takes the opposite approach: there's no client portal and no account for your customers. They get a private no-login link when there's something to do, request a stay, fill an intake form, sign an agreement or open a report card.

For an owner-run daycare or kennel, that no-login flow tends to get far better follow-through than asking every owner to create and remember another login, and online booking stays off until you switch it on.
