What should pet sitting instructions include?

At minimum: your contact and a backup contact, your vet and an emergency vet, feeding (food, amount and times), the daily routine, any medications and how to give them, behaviour and quirks, and the home basics like Wi-Fi, alarm code and where supplies live.
