Add or remove team seats
Change how many seats your Facilities plan includes, with proration handled for you.
Your Facilities plan is sized by seats, so it grows and shrinks with your team. Add seats as you hire and remove them when your team gets smaller — the cost is adjusted (prorated) for you automatically, so you never overpay for people who aren't there.

A few seats are included in the Facilities plan, and each active teammate uses one seat. When everyone's seats are full and you hire again, you simply add more — there's no separate negotiation or upgrade tier to think about.

Common questions
What happens to my bill when I change seats mid-month?
It's prorated for you: add a seat and you're charged only for the remaining part of the period; remove one and the credit is applied — so you always pay for what you actually use.
Does removing a teammate lower my seat count automatically?
Removing a teammate frees their seat but keeps your plan size the same, so you can reassign it. Lower the count yourself with the stepper if you don't need it.
Who can change seats and billing?
Only the account Owner manages billing and seats. Admins run everything else but can't change the subscription — see Admin, manager and staff: who can do what.
