The facility board is your daily command centre for boarding and daycare: who's arriving, who's leaving, and how full you are. It keeps a busy morning calm — check guests in and out with a tap, see capacity at a glance, and catch anything still needing a space before it slips.

Capacity and turnover
Pupline counts occupancy per night across each stay's whole date range, so a checkout frees the space for the next booking on the right day — no more double-counting the turnover morning. An occupancy summary shows how full each run is, so you can take that extra booking with confidence.

Common questions
I checked the wrong pet out — can I undo it?
Yes. A check-in or check-out can be undone, so an accidental tap on a busy morning is no problem.
How does Pupline handle the turnover day?
It counts occupancy per night, not per booking, so when one guest checks out in the morning the space is free for the next guest that same day — your capacity stays accurate.
Can I bill a stay from the board?
Yes. Checking a guest out can auto-draft their invoice, and you can use the Bill action to send it — see Create, send and mark an invoice paid.
